ABOUT ME
Emily Yi Cheng was raised in Shanghai, China, currently completing her BFA in Illustration at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). Working with both digital and analog, she explores image-making through rich color palettes, relaxed, fine linework and gentle textures. She illustrates in genres including editorial, lifestyle, and book illustration, combining observational sensitivity with conceptual and imaginative storytelling to balance clarity, rhythm, and whimsy.CONTACT
